KodaFit classes are little rest and a LOT of fun! KodaFit is a spin on our regular CrossFit class that is not focused on human performance goals. That means no maxes, no performance tests, and low CNS fatigue.
Looking for a place to grow as a competitive CrossFit Athlete? This is the place for you! This class usually lasts around two hours.
